Rules of procedure

The establishment is free not to accept customers whose dress is indecent or unkempt, customers whose behavior is noisy, inappropriate or alcoholic, or customers whose behavior is contrary to public decency and order.

THE ROOMS :

Rooms are rented for the number of people indicated in the room type.

In the event of a breach of these regulations, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer responsible for the cost of the room corresponding to the number of people in excess, whether or not the customer is present, at the rates in force at the time of the breach of the house rules.

The hotel will charge the customer's credit card.

FILOUTERIE :

Skimming is an offence characterized by the fact of consuming a paid good or service:

- By knowing you can't pay, or by being deliberately determined not to pay.

- While pretending to be willing to pay

Skulduggery is punishable by 6 months' imprisonment and a €7,500 fine in addition to damages.

DEGRADATION:

In the event of damage to furniture, deterioration or theft of linen, the hotel reserves the right to invoice the customer for the cost of repair or replacement, for an amount equal to the amounts incurred.

SMOKING BAN:

Please note that smoking has been banned in all public places since January 2, 2008. It is also absolutely forbidden to smoke in the rooms, for obvious safety and comfort reasons (failure to comply will result in a €50/night penalty).

It is also strictly forbidden to dismantle fire detection equipment, for the same reasons as above.

ANIMALS :

Pets are not allowed.

These provisions do not apply to assistance dogs.

PARKING :

The hotel declines all responsibility for any damage caused to guests' cars parked in private areas.

DEGRADATION:

We ask our customers to respect the premises and the decoration of your room. In the event of damage, the customer will be held responsible. During your stay, you will be given a key allowing free access to your room. If you lose it, you will be charged €15 for repairing it. Please remember to return your room key on departure.

NOISE :

To respect the rest of other guests, please do not slam doors or make excessive noise, especially between 10pm and 8am. Any noise made by a neighbor due to the behaviour of an individual may lead the hotelier to ask the guest to leave the establishment, if the noise is such as to disturb the peace and quiet of the guests (art. R.1334-30 and R 1334-31 of the French Public Health Code).

A hotel room is a place of rest. All commercial activities are strictly forbidden.

The Hotel's internal regulations apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the special conditions and the Hotel's internal regulations.

Should the customer fail to comply with any of these provisions, the hotelier is obliged to ask the customer to leave the establishment, without any compensation.
